When Ōtautahi was devastated by earthquakes over a decade ago, we felt the love pour in from all over Aotearoa. It’s what Kiwis do – we have each other’s backs.
It’s now our turn to give back, and support our Kiwi whanau in Te Ika-a-Māui, the North Island.
When the idea was floated, scores of people leapt to offer what they could to help organise this fundraiser. People in Christchurch were looking for ways to help, and this event is the result of one community coming together to help many others.
Arohanui, From Christchurch With Love, is a heartfelt expression of whanaungatanga – the bonds that hold us together.
