Is the event family friendly?Yes! The show is open to all ages.

Can I take photos/videos of the show?As it's distracting for both performers and audience members, photography/videography is not permitted inside the auditorium.

Will there be food and drink available?Yes, The Piano has a bar operating 30 minutes prior to start time. The Piano offers a range of wine, beer, soft drinks and pre-packages snacks.

Is there bike parking?There are bike racks right outside the venue. BYO bike lock.

Is the venue wheelchair/mobility accessible?Yes, The Piano is wheelchair accessible. There is specific wheelchair seating. There is not an elevator to the top of the Concert Hall. Please contact The Piano ahead of time or arrive early to ensure we have a space available for you.

Does the venue have wheelchair accessible parking?The Piano does not have its own wheelchair parking. The closest are by the Isaac Theatre Royal and Turanga – approximately 270m from the venue.

How do I bid on auction items?Auction items can be viewed and bid on at 32auctions. You will need to create a 32auctions account to bid. Bidding will be open from 10am Friday 13th March, until 12pm Wednesday 22nd March.

How do I purchase raffle tickets?Raffle tickets will be available on the night, via donation to New Zealand Red Cross. Payment can be made with cash or EFTPOS.

Do I need to print my ticket?You can either have your digital ticket on your device, or print a physical copy. Please consider the environment before printing your tickets. MOBILE TICKETS If you are planning to come to the event with tickets on your device, please consider the following steps; 1. Make sure your phone is fully charged 2. Make sure you have downloaded your tickets (with the QR code fully visible) while you have access to Wifi or cellular data 3. Ensure your mobile screen brightness is set to 100%

Is the seating allocated?No, the concert is General Admission. Arrive early to choose your spot. If you can't, don't worry as there are no bad seats at The Piano.
