Much-loved award-winning Ali Harper enjoys a career spanning over 30 years. A singer, actor, producer and writer, Ali has starred in many of the great musical theatre roles, she tours her one-woman shows around Aotearoa and as a guest entertainer on the high seas and was awarded Best Actress in New York.

New Zealand born and raised Bayley Graham has emerged from this small country as one of the hottest new talents in the Tap Dance Game. Sought after to perform, teach, and choreograph around the world, he has recently been a Semi-Finalist on America's Got Talent and has burst onto the scene as New Zealand's hottest new variety act after being the first ever winner of TVNZ's premier talent show ‘60 Seconds’.

The Starlets professional entertainment trio have been delighting audiences across New Zealand for the last 10 years. From top to toe they are the personification of vintage glamour and song.

The Starlets totally embody all that was special and memorable about the "good ole days", as well as showcasing the most loved hits from every decade.

Every show is unique, and they delight in captivating audiences with their delicious 3 party harmony singing, snappy dance movies, contagious energy and stunning costumes.

Known for their innovative 'vocal remixes', lush harmonies, and high energy performances, Voices Co. have become a regular fixture on the stages of Ōtautahi and beyond. In 2017 they became a household name when they were named the winners of TVNZ's 'The Naked Choir' in 2017. More recently, they were crowned the 2022 overall winners of the Australasian A Cappella Competition 'AusAca', also winning 7 other categories, including best arrangement for their version of 'Afterglow' by Ed Sheeran.

Passionate about sharing the joy of singing and harmony with everyone, Voices Co. are now a 100-strong Academy, with multiple Pop A Cappella ensembles and vocal classes spanning all ages and levels.

Jo is an Ōtautahi /Christchurch based comedian, improviser, and actor. By day she works as a psychiatrist, author, and film producer. Jo is often tired.

Previous career highlights include being a Canterbury 3ZB cheerleader last century and being typecast on stage and screen as everyone’s neurotic mother. Comedy provides welcome relief from peri-menopausal mood swings and the tortures of parenting teenagers.

Jo’s debut solo comedy show “The Cool Mum” won Best Solo Show and Audience Favourite Show at the Nelson Fringe Festival 2020 and was programmed in the 2022 NZ International Comedy Festival. Jo was nominated for Breakthrough Comedian (S.I.) at The NZ Comedy Guild 2020 Awards
Jo also performs regularly with improvisation troupe Impulse Theatre. Recent screen appearances include feature film “The Stolen” and TV’s “Adam and Eve Show”.

Frankie and Barnaby Domigan and Carla Ladstaetter make up 8 9 10 - our youngest performers in the show. This talented trio attend Burnside Primary School together and their career highlights to date include performing with Impact Dance and Stage School, lead roles in Matilda the Musical with Showbiz Christchurch as well as the upcoming Frozen Junior at The Court Theatre. Carla is also an accomplished violinist.

Joining them on stage will be Maia Jefferson, an award winning dancer and teacher from Anna Lee School of Dance, where both boys learn jazz and hiphop.

New Zealand soprano Amanda Atlas embarked on her international career in 1999, spending ten years singing leading roles for various opera companies and orchestras in the US and Europe. Music theatre highlights include Rose Maurrant (Street Scene), Julie Jordan (Carousel), Side by Side by Sondheim, and Clara (Sondheim’s Passion) in it’s first Off-Broadway performances post its initial Broadway-season, and many and varied operatic roles from the operas of Verdi, Puccini, Mascgani, Mozart, Wagner, and Poulenc.

Amanda is now based in New Zealand and Australia. Notable recent engagements include singing with Wellington Opera, Dicapo Opera in New York, New Zealand Opera, Melbourne’s CitiOpera, and Opera Australia. She is celebrated for her ability to crossover into musical theatre repertoire, a recent review exclaiming ‘Amanda Atlas sang and acted like it was the last time she was ever going to take the stage. Nothing was left in the wings, her soul was laid bare, and her vocal mastery and embodiment of the character was out of this world’.

Amanda maintains a busy concert, operatic and musical theatre career throughout New Zealand, and co-founded a musical theatre academy in Christchurch in 2021, which is now entering its third year of international-level musical and dramatic instruction.

Vincent McIvor and Francesca Harrison are a competitive ballroom and Latin American dancing duo based in Christchurch. Originally from Southland, Vincent has been dancing for Ballare studios for 6 years now and Francesca has been with Ballare studios for 7 years. They have been competing together for 6 years and consider dancing to be a shared passion. As a competitive couple they have achieved highly in both styles, successfully making the top 6 in New Zealand multiple times. This year, they are competing at a world class competition in Melbourne as well as the New Zealand nationals.

There’s more to Stunning Classical Crossover singer Rebecca Nelson than meets the eye. In 2014 the talented young kiwi musician enlisted as a reservist in The Royal New Zealand Navy to serve her country in voice as the official singer for the RNZN Band. Rebecca holds the rank of Able Musician and has had the honour and privilege of singing at centenary commemorations in Gallipoli, The Somme and Passchendaele. Earlier in 2018, she was invited to perform for His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales, Prince Charles and guests from across The Royal Navy for a shipmate’s reunion at Highgrove House.

Rebecca is extremely passionate about the welfare and support of service personnel and veterans. She is an active committee member at her local Returned and Services’ Association club and a Poppy Ambassador for the national Poppy Day Appeal.

Outside of the Navy, Rebecca is a professional singer and has experienced success both at home in New Zealand and abroad. In 2016 she signed to Sony Music NZ and released her album titled “Poppies & Pohutukawa” which featured prominently in the New Zealand music charts.

Rebecca is a regular performer at All Blacks matches, her most recent appearance was 10th November 2018 at the historic test match against England at Twickenham on the eve of the Armistice centenary where she sung the New Zealand national anthem in front of 82,000.

Singer/songwriter/entertainer/occasional massage therapist Gary Starlight (aka veteran improviser Jeff Clark) is the best performer he's ever seen. With a love for his fans almost as big as his love for himself, Gary will sing the “greatest hits” no one’s heard before - even him!

Bradley and Charlise, NZ’s number one amateur competitive Ballroom and New Vogue couple. Being partnered up together for 16 months they’ve achieved great success in that time, having placed at the highest you can in the New Zealand Open Dancesport Nationals 2022. They hope to continue their journey representing Aotearoa in Melbourne in June and December this year with more international competitions on the horizon for 2024.

Charlise, growing up in the Ballare Dance Studio (formerly Silhouette) family, only naturally followed her parents footsteps into competitive Ballroom and Latin Dancing, and Bradley dancing competitively since he was 12 in the North Island only relocated to Christchurch in 2020 after travelling overseas. They both understand how much hard work it takes to reach the top, so you can see why five out of seven nights a week is spent in the dance studio training.

Under the direction of founders Ravil and Amanda Atlas, this group of uber-talented young people will definitely impress! Their performance is so powerful they don't even need mics....but we'll give them some anyway! It's so exciting to see the next generation staking their place in the entertainment world.

Greenstone Performance Academy for Music Theatre was established in 2021, in order to offer Christchurch intermediate and high schoolers the opportunity to study acting and singing together as one. The Academy model uses professional techniques in preparing students to engage with and perform solos, small ensembles and musical theatre choruses.
